A fresh U.S. intelligence warning has raised global concern, revealing that China and Pakistan are advancing missile systems that could potentially strike the American mainland in the coming years.

The alert was issued by U.S. intelligence chief Tulsi Gabbard during a briefing to the Senate Intelligence Committee, highlighting a sharp rise in long-range missile threats worldwide.

According to the 2026 Annual Threat Assessment, the scale of global missile capability is expected to increase dramatically:

• Around 3,000 missiles can currently target the U.S.
