Preparations have already begun.
During a one-day visit to Paradip, Odisha Chief Secretary Anu Garg reviewed the project progress. At the Paradip Lighthouse beach, she held detailed discussions with Jagatsinghpur District Collector J. Sonal, SP Ankit Verma and other senior officials.
