Speaking at the opening session of the G20 Leaders’ Meeting, Modi called for strengthening global action against narcotics like fentanyl and preserving traditional wisdom through a Global Traditional Knowledge Repository.
He also proposed a G20–Africa Skills Multiplier Initiative to train 1 million certified trainers in Africa.
