How to manage stress in simple ways are described below.

  • Changes in Lifestyle

Eat simple and homemade food with less spices. Go to bed by 10:30 pm at the latest & wake up by 5:00 am. This will make you feel full of positive energy and productivity will increase and the day will seem longer than before.
  • Exercise and sweat out

 Do some exercises like walking, running, exercise at least for 30 to 40 minutes to make you sweat . This will relax you. Remember do exercises always in open spaces.
  • Add Pranayama to get inner strength and peace.

Pranayama and Yoga are the best way to increase immunity, mental stability, inner peace and happiness.

  • Find some time for sports
