Health Is Real Wealth: 7-Step Morning Routine to Live a Healthy Life

Everyone wants happiness—but not everyone understands where it truly comes from. Most people think money is the key to happiness. While wealth can bring comfort, it can’t buy peace of mind, emotional balance, or meaningful relationships—the real ingredients of a joyful life. If you are physically or mentally unwell, even all the money in the world cannot bring genuine joy.

Example 1

Imagine lying in a hospital bed with millions in the bank—would that money matter if you’re in constant pain or unable to enjoy life?

The answer is NO.

Example 2

If you’re suffering from a severe headache or high fever, and God offers you a choice: instant relief or ten million dollars—what would you choose? Without a doubt, you’d ask for relief. That’s the power of good health. It’s priceless.

🌸Real-Life Inspiration

One day, an elderly man, 94 years old, visited the bank where I work. When our manager suggested opening a senior citizen deposit scheme, he smiled and said: “I don’t need any savings plan now. My family takes care of me. I have no unfulfilled wishes. My health is my real wealth.” Despite his age, he looked no older than 70—and still ran his own shop! His words left a lasting impression on me.At 94, he was healthy, active, independent, and peaceful.

Meanwhile, many of us in our 30s suffer from stress, fatigue, diabetes, hypertension, and PCOS. That day, I made a decision—to prioritize my health above all else.

Step 2 – Begin the Day with Positivity

Start with a prayer or gratitude to God. Example: “Oh God, thank You for yesterday. Please bless me with positive energy today.” Sanskrit Shloka: Om Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah... Om Shanti Shanti Shanti. Meaning: May all be happy and free from illness. May all see good things. May none suffer. Selfless prayers are powerful—when you pray for others, your own blessings multiply.

Step 3 – Morning Routine

  1. Wash your face.
  2. Drink 500 ml to 1 liter of lukewarm water
  3. Brush, freshen up, and take a light shower (below neck)

This routine keeps you fresh and alert for your workout by 5:30 AM.
