UAE-India Relations & PM Modi’s Visit

Dubai has long played a vital role in fostering commercial and cultural ties with India, particularly given the presence of over 4.3 million Indians in the UAE, the majority of whom reside and work in Dubai.

This visit is anticipated to pave the way for increased trade, investment, and cultural exchange, fostering a deeper understanding and collaboration between the two nations. As both countries continue to address regional and global challenges together, their partnership is poised to become even more influential on the international stage.

This historic visit is expected to open a new chapter in India-UAE relations. It will further enhance strategic cooperation and strengthen people-to-people ties. Established in 1972, bilateral relations between the two countries have grown significantly in recent years, especially after Prime Minister Modi’s historic visit to the UAE in 2015.
